OUTCOME OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2022
The Bonitas Annual General Meeting (AGM) was successfully held on Wednesday, 27 July 2022. Over 500 members participated in the event virtually, with 304 members submitting votes through the various platforms.
We are pleased to announce the results of the votes cast by members at our virtual AGM held on 27 July 2022. Votes were received through the various voting platforms as follows in respect of the resolution:
To confirm the appointment of Deloitte & Touché as the Scheme’s Auditor for the 2022 financial year
