 In terms of the court order of the South Gauteng High Court granted by Judge Nigel Willis on 27 May 2011, Bonitas Medical Fund was placed under curatorship effectively placing myself, Joseph Maluleke, in control of Bonitas.

Following my recent letter covering Bonitas’ excellent financial results, I am pleased to announce that Bonitas Medical Fund and the Council for Medical Schemes (CMS) have reached an amicable settlement which effectively brings the two-year dispute to an end.
